When we arrived here we received such a wonderful welcome that we could not help but feel encouraged and thankful to God that he has surrounded us with good friends in many countries.

Brasil 08

Jan and Steve will be in Sao Paulo. Brazil - 14th April - 26th June 08

- Week one is learning about the culture and some basics of Portuguese.
- Share our testimony in many Churches, including sing and minister through song.
- Work with the Gypsy people where they live and teach the alphabet and crafts.
- To work with special needs Children of different ages.
- To work in the 'PEPE' Programme which is for Pre school children.
- Teach 'Friendship Evangelism' to believers.
- Teach and lead 'Worship'.
- Be flexible and ready to share the love of Jesus wherever possible.

Introducing Jan and Steve Worthy
“There is the smaller world which is the stage and there is the larger stage which is the world.” Isaac Goldman.

Jan & Steve used to live in the world of the smaller stage.  For 12 years professional music was their life, seeking fame, fortune and the applause of man.

For the past 8 years the Lord has called them to the larger stage, the world!  To reach out to those in need of healing, truth, hope, peace, a touch from God.

            They have witnessed many miracles, from healings to many becoming Christians plus churches growing in their understanding of living for Christ, evangelism and worship.  They have written several worship songs that are now being sung in various countries and have appeared on T.V. and many radio stations around the world.

            For them to continue to do what they do, they need at least 50 more partners giving just £10 a month.  They have, by faith, committed to go to Brazil, Uganda, India and Romania this year but their calling to live and work among the poor can only be supplied by God, through His people.  Would you stand with them?  Together we can all make a difference in where others will spend their eternity?
